Guiness FOREIGN Extra Stout....

Anyone ever tried it? Its branded the same as Guiness Extra Stout, the fizzy stuff you get in bottles with the big 'St James Gate' info on the front, except its 8% proof. For regular fecking beer I've just drunk two bottles and I'm half cut. Marvellous

I actually tastes better than the regular fizzy Guiness too. Rock on!

Ha, the F1 was absolute shite. Brilliant seats, but it really was a massive disappointment. After you've watched the cars go past 5 laps, the noise becomes an irritant and you've no idea who's in the lead or anything.

Don't get me wrong, if I was a real enthusiast I may have enjoyed it, but truth is I'm not. It was a real let down.

The Guiness on the other hand......hmmmmmmm, Guiness!

I remember going to a few races when I was a nipper just about.

I was sat in ear muffs confused the whole time.


I did enjoy watching the bikes though, my memory is hazy but I am sure we used to go and watch trevor nation racing.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is lovely, however there are 3 versions of it!

One brewed in Dublin, one brewed in Belgium and another brewed in Nigeria using Sorghum.

Personally I prefer the Belgian one as its nicer with a fuller flavour, followed by the Nigerian one, as the taste is different due to the Sorghum.

Have you tried Guinness Original too? Its like FES, but weaker so you can drink more!

Next time I Moto GP is at Sepang I'll visit, I think the bikes would be more exciting to watch. Watching the F1 made me realise how much F1 owes to TV and the commentary. Without it, you'd be just as well sitting in your local town centre with a bottle of white lightning watching the boy racers go past.

Guinness is good (for you)... Original is probably my fave. one.

Quite fancy trying the extra strong stuff though! It's not real Guinness if it ain't from Dublin though

It's brewed specifically for the African and Caribbean markets

The reason for it is the higher alcohol content helps to give it a longer shelf life and withstand the higher temps
