few questions really.
right i have seen a sv650s k1 cosmetic damage for a reasonable price.
this is what the ad says
"39,800 miles, Metallic Blue. Fitted Givi rack and colour co-ordinated tyre hugger. No tax or mot. Fell off and some damage as shown but runs ok."
But lets say there is some engine work to be done how hard is it to work on for a someone with very little mechanical knowledge. I imagine there some work to be done as its quite high mileage anyway.
Is there anything to look out for on these bikes ? apart from them rotting.
how much does it cost to register its colour ?
erm and whats all cat a b c d about ?
basically would you recommend it for a first project ?

The SV is often chosen as a first bike, so no shortage of cosmetically damaged ones
