O man! I just got home, pushing my bike Sad . Was on the way home, when about a mile from home, i noticed my rear brake was in an unusaul position, played a bit and realised something was wrong, thought i would jus limp it home and have a look when i stop outside my house, knowing that trying to see what was up whilst riding was not good. BUT, being a twat I just had to stick my head down and look (as if i would be able to see anything) and realised as i looked down that something wasnt good, looked up and found myself flying into a bus stop, bike skidding up against the curb! Bloody hell, I'm so annoyed, was totally my fault, and engine is leaking all its oil, cracked casing im guessing. And the most embarrassing thing, all the traffic i had flew past was coming by, a pizza boy stopped for me though which was nice as i had flown past him a couple minutes earlier lol. Just got to suck up for the bill now, any suggestions for a decent garage in the north london area?

Could have been fucking people at the bus stop, if you think you have a problem pull over and check.

I too got distracted, but it was by a smokin hot woman wearing next to nothing, I ended up having to swing into a corner much faster and lower than I would have liked to. She was looking at me though, must have looked cool if you didn't realise how out of control I was.

similar thing happened to me yesterday, saw a police car in my rear mirrior so i checked the speedo to make sure i was doing the right speed and by the time i looked up the car in front had started braking.
grabbed both the brakes and managed to stop about half a foot behind him

Ahh, but there was lots and lots and lots of diesel in front of the fence. And a car pulled out in front of him too.

Sorry. Assumed as you were happy to dish out condescending sarcasm to other bikers for their mistakes you'd be happy to take the same yourself. Evidently I was wrong in this assumption; terribly sorry if I caused any offence.

Dont be so harsh i dont believe for one minute that the rest of us on here havent done the same thing (maybe not to the same conclusion) at some point cos when you know something weirds happening you just have to look and yes we know its stupid but we still have to do it anyway. But seeing as you binned it whilst looking yes you should smash yourself in the face with a brick anyway Thumbs Up Laughing Wink
