hellooo! well i do love riding to wales ..but i only seem to ever do the road up to tintern abbey and back!! the furthest ive been was monmouth...abergavenney...then up to brecon...which was ace...but i need new roads to ride now!! i know theres a whole load more nice rides in wales...im bristol based so close to both severn bridges..any help would be great!! thnks

I went to Bangor but it was rag week.

There are loads of roads, just take a wrong turn down a small road and soon you will find brilliant roads

I'v just been to snowdon today that has the be the best place to go in the uk for ridin the views are just stunning!! cant wait to go back there in the summer.

Elan valley is beautiful any time of the year,the A44 is a nice scenic flowing road to ride near crossgates.

for a full day I'd ride to crossgates, through Elan valley (choice of two routes) to aberystwyth then back via the A44

Which way do you come from Bristol towards Tintern?

There are some good roads you can take off the A466 before you get to Tintern Abbey, both the B4293 & the B4235 are both cracking roads...
