It's Lunchtime. Where Do You Park In Central London?

I have to be in the W1 (Soho) area of London by 1pm - where can I park? All the motorcycle bays are full - and clearly parking on the pavement is not an option - I used to have a few places around Dean Street where I could park but they've gone - redeveloped..
Anyone got any ideas?

Brewer Street NCP - £3 for bikes for the day.

Not free, but less hassle than looking for a space.

There is a book out just about bike parking places in London. I think it's about £8.

Bedford place/Bedford square, just around the British Museum. Lots of free space but means it's a 10 minute walk to dean street via TCR. I usually park there since covent garden is always full, and secondly, the pace is residential.

Thanks every one! Went to Brewer Street and paid my £3 for nice secure (and dry) parking!! Good idea Titz - will remeber that for next time!

Aye, bloomsbury area is often empty - there's plenty within a 4 block radius from the british museum.

Also try the Strand/Temple bike park because quite often it's empty or half capacity - near australia house and india house (Bush house). It's a long walk to TCR/SOHO area but you're guaranteed a place - sometimes i don't mind the walk through covent garden anyway since it's one of my favourite hang outs in london.

put a rain sack on the back of your bike pass yourself of as a courier and hay presto park anywhere you like its so sweet traffic wardens in the city are cool with bike couriers!!
