Hi GUys, new to the forums and have a problem Sad

Riding home tuesday night some idiot decided to do a u turn right in front of me , unable to stop or avoid ended up wedged into his drivers door, A doctor was in the car behind him and wouldnt let me move cos he saw me hit my head , no matter how much i said i was ok he wouldnt let me move.anyhow, ambulance came neck braced me up then stretchered me then decided they had to stick things on my person which was impossible due to my leathers , so they took the scissors to em Shocked Sick . Left hospital after getting the all clear then my legal team phone up today for photos of my leathers which I agreed to send em , then to my horror ive realised I havent got em , phoned hospital and no-one knows anything about em tried to phone solicitors but there closed. this is gonna worry me sick all weekend as I cant afford another £700 if 3rd party wont pay out cos i cant prove what they are and that they are ruined.

Any one else had similar probs and still got payout for uninsured losses or am i screwed?

cheers in advance and sorry for the long story (got a bit carried away)

Tony

Could try getting in touch with the ambulance service to see if they will issue you with a letter saying they damaged / lost your items.

My solicitors just wanted invoices for replacement items, they didnt ever want proof of damage Mr. Green

It should be mentioned in your medical notes which your solicitor should be getting a copy of. Thumbs Up
