I mentioned this to a few people last night, here are the details:

What?
A mix between a bike show and a music Festival

Where?
Pentrich, Derbyshire

When?
25, 26, 27 July (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

This has been highly reccomended by a few bikers on another forum, who have been hassling me to go.

Allthough most of the bike show is based around 'customs' <spits>, I'm told that there will probably be streetfighters magazine etc. there as well as a good variety of stalls. Also there is a large variety of riders of all ages and bike styles, so you won't be engulfed in a sea of bearded, beer bellied, Hells Angel wannabees.
There seems to be a reasonable mix of different music and entertainment to keep everyone occupied (between rounds at the bars Smile

anyway), with some quite famous bands playing as well.
There should also be the bloke that's done the longist wheelie in the UK doing a stunt show as well as an aerobatic display and pole dancers!

It would be a fair trek for us southerners, especially those on 125s, but I reckon it could be manageable if we say split it into two halves with a meal inbetween and regularish stops for petrol etc.

Tickets are only £25 in advance or £30 on the door so it won't break the bank.

Only problem is routes for lifts. It isn;t too far for Dodd, me Keith and McJam, hmmmm probably take us about 2 hours if we all met at Keiths....
