As many of you already know I use a bicycle speedo on my bike.

BEFORE:

It's very accurate, compact, reliable and does a great job. But as you can imagine it's USELESS at night, and as I do a lot of night traveling I decided that I would have to illuminate it.

So I finally set about the task of sorting it once and for all. Having spent a lot of time thinking about the best way to solve the problem, having spoken to electronics experts and after spending many hours trawling the internet and electronics stores to see what is currently available I have finally come up with, what I believe to be, the perfect solution.

Sorted, I'm off for a pint..........

A genius at work!

I like that a lot... Funny enough i had a very similar set up in the land rover, except the torch wasn't fixed as i had dials on both sides of the steering wheel.
