Apprenticeship at a school - CRB - Students - Help?

This June I start an apprenticeship at my old highschool as an IT technician, working 4 days a week, college one day a week. Now I know I will have to have CRB clearance, got that one sorted, but things are looking prospective with a lass who goes there (and will be in year 11 when I'm working there). Would it be totally illegal/dodgy for me to be going out with the aforementioned girl, given that I am 16 still?

Any help would be appreciated.

So long as their is no 'conflict of interest' then their should be no problem. When she starts disrupting your work, then you have a problem. Otherwise their is no reason why it shouldnt happen. Their is also no reason to tell your employer or whatever, that your with her.

Staff + student relationships are a no no generally.

If you come into contact with her at school avoid it.

Your contract may prohibit this kind of relationship. be careful, relationships come and go when your 16, be a shame to loose the apprentiship over this.

If you risk losing your apprenticeship could you not wait for a year?

A mate of mine was 'let go' from his apprenticeship at my school as he had a pre-existing relationship with a sixth former (year thirteen)

They were both the same age but it didnt matter.
If something does happen with her you'll have to be very careful to ensure the powers that be dont find out.
