Im looking around at bikes and working out what kind of money I need to save up for the coming years.

Ive got a couple of bikes in mind but theres two im not sure on.

Kawasaki GPX600R
Kawasaki GPZ500 S

Basically I need to know if you can get a top box on either plus large panniers. I can't have a tail bag or anything on the pillion seat as my GF will be on that.

I've got a GPZ500s £1k should get you one with very few miles on and in top condition.

I payed £650 for one with 28k and a few battle scars but decent service history.

You can get hard and soft panniers for the bike as well a top box (better to use a rack and roll bag though)

Thought about a ZZR600 or RF600 ? Both available pretty cheap, fairly cheap to insure, tour well and have more performance than than the two you mentioned ?

Just a thought ..... Smile
