All those people that drop pumps on the floor. When the next bike comes in after you have had your tantrum and goes down on the puddle of fuel from your dropped nozzle, are you going to pay for new fairings?

Its still slippery though isn't it. Im all for protesting against stupid rules but i just don't see how throwing stuff on the floor helps. Things like taking ages to take gear off when in the queue prove a point. Throwing a pump down is just childish.

Makes the pump jockeys job that tiny bit harder which makes it worth it.

Also, not really no. It evaporates quickly.

i heard of s transit engine stuck ona bike making it diesel theratically.
and double miles to the fuel
i think is the main attraction.

One of the biggest factors behind the diesel bike's creation is that they have historically been used to a great extent in the military and the reason that armed forces the world over use diesel bikes is so that they can have commonality in fuel requirements.
Tanks, Jeeps, HMMWV's (military hummer), Landrovers, APC's, AFV's, troop transports, scout bikes, etc are all diesel.
It makes sense to have 1 fuel for the entire fleet, diesel is used rather than petrol because it provides far greater low range torque so diesel powered vehices can traverse more extreme terrain and higher inclines.

Are all these garages asking you to take you lid off in the south? I've never been asked up here - in fact I don't even get off the bike to fillup as I always sit on it to keep it level so I can get more in. Never been a problem. You lot must look dodgy

i work in a petrol station, there r polite signs saying please remove helmet for safety reasons, i get called everyname under the sun, its a simple request, u can have ur visor up, im fine with that, but with visor down im not, just co-operate with us, simple!!!
