I've noticed a difference in the commute to work.

Gone are the textile over trousers and long jacket and replaced by the Draggin jeans and a very thin summer jacket. Its comfy as but being a sports jacket it rides up my back a little and although it is a nice piece of cold air up my back its a little disconcerting if the unfortunate happens.

It does have a single loop that can be threaded around the belt of the jeans but you have to be a contortionist to secure it.

Any cures for a bikers bum or is it shit happens?

You can try and get slacks or braces? I've not tried personally. Usually i just borrow a sewing kit and try and match my textiles to leathers with a zip or vice versa. Even just a 6 inch strip along the back will be more than enough to zip them? Try to find an elasticated zip so that it doesn't stretch or tear.

Other than that, i guess you're left out on your own. Also when you sew/stitch the zip on, use a good quality thread or you'd have to do it again!

I usually tuck my tshirt into my jeans or whatever. Tends to hide the problem as my jacket is also the short type which rides up my back.

I will be getting Nine Lives in Farborough to put a zip on to my Draggin Jeans so it connects to my Alpinestars jacket.

The jacket incidentally didn't come with a connection zip, and it was they who I had put one on for my Alpinestars trousers, and they did a top job!

Will also be having them put in some Hiprotec armour on the knees.
