CB250RS Mystery Hole??!

Ok here's a quickie that hopefully someone can enlighten me on.

On the left hand side, underneath the panel with the airbox behind, is a small, empty compartment with a flip-off cover.

I've poked around and can't see it's function, so my only guess is toolkit storage as one seems to fit snugly?

Am I right?

bingo, Its a tool kit storage.


fits a disk lock quite nicely as well.
