Hello Guys an Gals (and Govnor) Some may have missed me others convinced I'd finally flounced. And my 'friends' may not even have noticed my abscess.

Sorry for not visiting the site, I was distracted and access is limited from present location. (Tho not in jail)

My question:
I am guessing that some among the ranks @bcf have visited Egypt on holiday or work or school or whatever.
What information can you give me?
I will be using a local touring company. That is the reason for the random thread.
I need to find out wots wot?

Does anyone have any tips, tricks or warnings?

Haha erm, I spent 5 months in Hurgahda specifically as a kiteboarding instructor and had tons of free time to eat, sleep, shit, shower, fart and fuck as much as i liked. Hurgahda is a brilliant town and all the time i was there I never got mugged or anything silly like that. You'll notice walking around the town that there are several police outposts with 3-5 men on each equipped with AK47s so you're safe Thumbs Up

Not too sure where you're planning on going so i can't really help you too much but either way wherever you're going you just need to ignore the ENDLESS amounts of shop salesmen trying to get you into their shop and sell you stuff etc. Didn't become a problem for me after a while because i can speak Arabic and soon become friends with quite a few.

Regarding Hurgahda there's two places in particular you HAVE to go Hed Kandi and Ministry of Sound nightclub. My boss was mates with the Manager so i had endless amounts of free alcohol and was constantly bullied into staying out! What do you need to know mate? Be specific!
