Can't find it!

I used the search but couldn't find a thread form a few weeks back about bike delivery companys.

I'm looking at getting a bike about 45 miles away and would need it to be delivered back here as i can't ride it away the same day.

What are the best companys and how much am i looking at price wise?

I could but i've got to go there put a deposit down, come back then go there again which wont be till over a week later to bring it back.

But i can't wait that long because i need it to get to college and back
