Anyone intrested in a trip to the Nurburgring?

Hey, just a quick post to see if there is any interest in a trip to the Nurburgring later in the summer. mid to end of July.

After last year iv got my heart set on going back Laughing so this year me and a couple friends in their cars plan on going over, originally the plan was to go on the bike but having been offerd a lend of a bike trailer (which would allow me to take the car round the ring aswel obv) im thinking of taking both and offering the other two bike spaces on the trailer to people - As i have no friends who are cool enuff to have bikes, and would ease the are rapping that is fuel costs.. Wink

Anyway, its not definite yet but wanted to know if there is any interest in a lift to the ring..

Cant go this year. Might do it next year butI'll be taking the car too as theres no way I'm riding my bike that far again.

Would prefer to go on bike as have never done Europe before but wouldn't turn down transport to take bike! Wink

dude he rides an NSR250, a 2 smoke which they no longer make parts for, it goes bang, you ain't going to find the parts to repair the bike for love nor money. Now my CBR common as much it goes bang I go on ebay and get another engine.

Go slow on your first lap and look out for the sharp left hander which is off camber and at the top a hill, about about 3rd of the way round if i remember correctly.of not and fail to break in time an get you and bike launched a good 2ft in the air Laughing

oh another we tip,.. try not be the 3/4rd bike on the track with 200+ ringgoers chasing you doing... Rolling Eyes

get off the boat at Calais , and its 5 hours motorway and you are there, at hyper speed its 3.5 hours. , but it very much westerly thus not south easterly as you'd have hoped.

sounds gd you can have first dibs once i confirm il be trailering the bikes, waiting to see if the cars are going to be ready, one (metro) is having sum issues (engines hitting off the bulk head) and the other(civic) is pretty much a bare shell and still needs painted, and one just spun a bearing. not the most reliable cars ever lol. (we will be taking a tow bar.... Confused

il keep updated though.
