I'd really like to get a Sat Nav for the bike... considering something along the lines of a Tom Tom rider v2, but I'm a bit stumped as to where to mount it. From reading some reviews, I know they come with a variety of mounting options, but I don't know much more than that. Well, I can't really see anywhere on the bars that they would fit (assuming they come with some kind of bracket to fit on here), and I wouldn't trust the fly screen to support it (assuming it could mount to that in a similar way to a car windscreen).

Has anyone fitted a Tom Tom to a Hornet or does anyone have any good ideas where I could mount one if I were to go and buy one? I don't want to have to buy one to end up having to send it back because I can't use it! Thanks in advance!

Edit: Mine's a 2000 plate if that makes a difference!

I used to pop mine in a tankbag or a pocket and use a headphone for the audio. Not elegant or permanent but I was switching Satnavs weekly as they were free from work for staff use so it suited my usage.

Put it where lots of hornet cup lads put their lap timers.

Cable tied to the handle bar clamp. There should be enough room between where the bars rise up on either side. Thumbs Up

Ram mounts are meant to be good: https://www.gpsw.co.uk/about/page25.html

Exactly which you'd need I'm not sure, though they should be able to help you with that.

Ah ha! Look what I found!

The mounting bracket looks like it takes very little handlebar space. That should do nicely! Thanks again for your help!
