I split up with my now ex - she was cheating on me, texting other men, going out on the pull, not nice.

Anyway, met someone else, but since we first met, untrue rumours have been spread about me (Wonder who by?!), saying I'm a cheat and a player.

Said person now seems a little reluctant to talk to me.

WTF can I do? Short of buying a new bike, done that.

because since i split with my ex all i have been told is really nasty things about him,
i come to the result that it is a lot better to stop listening to what other people are saying because everyone loves to gossip and half the time gossip isnt true.
stick with this girl because if she is right for you it will work. stop listening to other people. They aren't the one in your relationship.

I am sure what I have heard is true, yes.

Testament to that fact is when I confronted that person about said things, she ran away - (and stayed with another bloke). Because everyone does that when innocent!
