As per title. Took possession of my new bike yesterday.
Took some half decent pictures before it went dark.
Just needs taxing before she is allowed out to play.

It's a Suzuki GSX-R600 w. 1998 'S' reg. 22700miles on the clock, mirrored scren, bobbins, braided brake lines, alarm, immobiliser, datatag.
What you guys think?

Looks lovely! I used to have one, same colours, same year as that.

Best thing I ever did was buy a smaller front sprocket (-1 tooth) which reduced the top speed by a little but made acceleration so much quicker and responsive!

To be honest with you mate, I don't actually know what sprockets are on at the minute. I will be sure to check up on it though.

Just want to get a new plate and indicators and i will more than happy with it.

Why do people wait to ride until they get their insurance documents through? Confused

I just set the date from when I start riding. And I start riding from that day. Not the day I get the papers through. If you get puleld over for anything (if you'r einsured) then they can't do you for anything. If you hve to hand in your licence/insurance/mot/whatever then you have 14 days in which to do so...

Because you need to show them in the post office to get the tax disc if you don't buy the tax online.

Nice bike Thumbs Up

I was told by an insurance call centre worker that the database is only updated every 3 weeks. So if you take out insurance at the end of the 3 week period then your details will be on the database quickly and you'll be able to tax online but if you happen to insure at the start of the 3 week period then you're fecked.

Why should they bother?

You've already payed for this year, and now you can f*ck off as far as they're concerned.
