Probably one of the many asians who don't have a squatting toilet! Having said that, the lack of squatting toilets actually increases the case of constipation and bowel blockages, so maybe THAT's what his problem was... see the focussed expression on his face.

I watched a few kneedown videos yesterday and got some tips.

I went out and got to a decent corner and as I went round, I moved myself over the side of the bike keeping the bike more upright than me so I was looking round the screen. My knee tapped the floor and I was like OMG! I didn't have any pads on though and didn't want to wreck my jeans so I came back in. At least I know I can kind of do it now.
