Didn't see it myself, i arrived 15 mins after but the guy had been doing a wheely past the pub when someone stepped into the road, he put the bike down and it went into a tank slapper which threw him off the bike, the bike and rider hit an on comming car and that was it, game over for the poor chap.
The bike looked like a gixer of some sort but that was a mess comming to rest rubber side up against a lamp post and fence.

i knew Chris (the person who died )
he was an experiensed rider who has been riding bikes for many years.
one thing he always said was when it was his time to die he wanted to die on his bike doing what he loved.

i have had a couple of disturbed nights sleep since Thursday after seeing this happen, and cannot start thinking what his family are going through.

May he rest in peace and thoughts with all his family and friend
