I was considering going to one of these race schools because even though it is expensive I would get to ride a CBR600RR and they supply all leathers and helmets so theres no damaging your own kit if you come off. Also included in the price is fully comprehensive insurance including personal injury, a certificate to remember your time with them and a souvineir (subject to availability). I'm guessing the souvineir will be a piece of the bike you just smashed but you don't get one if you don't crash.

I was thinking June/July time, would anyone else be interested in coming along? Price is £245 which includes 3 track sessions and debriefings etc.

A mate went last year. Had a great time and loved the RR. If you've got the cash it's a good way to get into trackdays as they teach you lots while you're going round.

I would also probably go except, why would I want to pay £245 to ride a cbr125 around?! ( I can't ride the 600, I'm too young )

Its only £150 if your going on the CBR 125, I have asked questions about it and you don't actually need a license to do it just previous experience on a 600. It looks like me and Laura will be going about july, a couple of others have shown interest so we'll have to see what happens.
