Well my pride and joy has gone.

Was at donington on sunday and we left just after the race had finished, around 4:00pm. Walking back to the bikes i could see both my mates machines but oddly enough there was a nice big empty space where mine was parked.

From what the police say it was one of the only incidents of bike theft reported on the day. Was fortunate my mate had a pillion seat on, but for those of you that know me, will know it was the last thing i really wanted.

Its only been one day and im missing it like lost limb and i dont care if i could get twice as much money back from insurance, i just want my baby back. Put alot of work into her and got her running really well.

So if anyone happens to see a red/black RSV Mille R 2002 model registration KH02 ODY please give the police a shout or let me know where you have seen it. There is a black mark on the front nose cone where the white sticker has been rubbed of so should give it away, plus RSVR.net stickers on both sides of the frame.

Thanks

Chris

dude that sucks!!!! Fingers crossed you get some good news and it gets found. But we all know the chances of recovering stolen bikes are slim next to none.

Thieving bastards!! hope they get what they deserve in life. Squashed...

That's boring. How about chopping each finger tip off individually while rubbing it on a salt and vinegar crisp Twisted Evil

Yeah mate sort of like that but they might`ve been a bit thinner ...and i`m sure the baffles were out coz this one sounded like pure evil.....not just loud...but stupidly loud.
I was following him for a bit and he had a chunky ass chick on the back but they didn`t look dressed for a ride out and the guy didn`t appear to be riding it like he was used to it at all...
Hadn`t see the bike locally before either so at the time i was thinking "hmmm...something ain`t right here"...

It was standard can but was a bit louder than usual allthough i wouldnt say it was as loud as you described b_a_b.

I dont even know if after the claim has gone through if i will get reinsured now. 3 years and 3 claims this will be. first was my fault as i wrote my bike of, secone writen of by someone not looking and driving off and now this theft. Insurance companies shouldnt charge you for having your bike stolen, really not fair in the slightest.

Fosters it was parked in the field as the main car park was full but it wasnt quiet, it was bloody packed which baffles me why no one saw anything or chose to see anything. Police called back today and said they have nothing to go on. There are no witnesses and there is no CCTV cameras about at all. Something they have been on to donington park a few times but they refuse to get it installed. Im hoping i get it back in one piece, i'd be happy then.
