Is the starter making any noise? If so is the battery charged?

well the bike was in the workshop for the clutch, i picked it up it started perfect, then a couple of other times it started perfect as well.

then all of a sudden the switch wouldnt even work, it doesnt even get the starter motor going.

I would have thought it was the battery but the headlights and everything work fine???

is there a fuse to the starter switch?

You havnt explained enough
when you hit the starter button
does it make a clicking noise?

if it makes not even a clicking noise id say check battery with multimeter or your starter is broken, if the fuse was gone you'd have no electrics?
