FWIW if I get there earlier enough I park up where directed to by the marshalls as close to the middle as I can.

Otherwise if a little later then go through the town and park up at the school that opens up it's car park to raise money for their funds and then walk back into town.

If anyone's interested Barton Bike Night link. It's on Wed. 9 July 2008. Roads start closing for bikes only around 5pm if I remember right.

Only thing is if it is a nice evening then watch out for the unmarked speed camera cars/vans and just don't be stupid with your riding.
