You will then get an automated (i think) message (e-mail to your email account) with a new password to use, then you can change it in your profile to something you can remember.
And korn if you are reading this do you know why my avatar changed to a toilet over the weekend? did someone figure out my password? (I have changed it now).

it's not that, i have changed my internet to blueyonder not aol anymore so they can't send a email with a password because my old email for my last name (bikerboy) is ronaldcronjnr@aol.com which i am not part of anymore!!!! so what can i do because i have done about 100 post and i don't wanna lost them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
