On my bike I once thought I was on a dual carriageway for some unknown reason (right hand lane was empty as far as I could see and I'd just come off motorways / dual carriageways I guess), so I was just rolling along in the oncoming lane!

A car was coming towards me, but it never really triggered in my mind until just in time where I quickly darted into the right lane between two cars. I must have been sort of day dreaming or something which is a big no no at the best of times.

I was shaking for a while after that and just a bit shook up!

Crashed into the back of a lorry, breaking both wrists. In fairness though it was a works van.

Now pay more attention at the brows of hills Rolling Eyes

Reversing into a space behind Stafford Dixons in my old Capri I forgot about the tow bar sticking out nearly a foot and ram raided their doors in. Embarassed

Another hump back bridge one, first time I'd been over one wasn't really thinking about what would happen as I flew over the top. The front wheel stayed in the air, and due to the steering bearings being fucked (I think anyway) the bars started to tank slapper. All this as I flew past a line of cars who must have been thinking I was a right twat Laughing.

Haha I'm guilty of doing this too! To make it worse, I was with 5 mates at the time - they overtook me and pulled up just down the road whereby I became the laughing stock of the week and earnt the title "Most European driver" XD

Crashing a Ford Escort doing 40 down a steep narrow hill in the wet.

Proper stupid thing to do, like. I'd just passed my test and I was a cocky git.

Lucky that I learnt my lesson in a car rather than on a bike, in a way, and very lucky that nobody was hurt.

Escort was a write-off, oddly the french tincan AX that I drove into was hardly damaged at all, karma I suppose Razz

60 in a 20 zone, wearing no gloves, just boots, jeans a bomber jacket and a helmet, on a ringer with no tax, insurance or mot, a straight through pipe and no brakes.

Not doing that again in a rush.

Cheers

its got to be when i didnt fill up with oil. but a more intresting one, when i took my exhaust off went to brighton and back, was the loudest most fun i have ever had, period. people heard me comeing from miles away absoloutley ragging it everywhere,

another one (not me i was a passenger) came flying through town, slammed on the brakes for a zebra crossing, a black guy, all pimped out in a big leather coat, stepped out, bopping across the road going all slow, looking at the car, we both saw him read the 'v6' stamped on the front wing, floored it off the line bouncing off the limter... it came so close to this bloke the wing mirror ripped off this guys leather jacket in the middle of the road.

Never really done anything stupid on the road.......apart from nailing an RSVR down the high street in first gear when i couldn`t ride it properly..lol

It went something like this...

Front wheel comes up (unexpected)....
B_A_B shits himself and goes into a panic.....
Wheel comes down hard...
B_A_B hits the tank and loses control
B_A_B snakes all over the road and nearly falls off
People B_A_B was posing to laugh and shake their heads........and B_A_B officially looks like a 1st class twat.
