Currently doing a rebuild on my ZZR11 and fitting a set of 6 pot tokico calipers bushed and spaced to suit. I have two sets of discs available to me, both new. I haven't used the "stealth" brand before though.

Any opinions or experience on them?

EBC commonly known as 'Ever been conned'. Never had a set last me very long at all. The buttons and carriers wear out quickly.

Stealth discs don't have a good reputation in the trade. I've personally seen some VERY rough ones that look like they've not been finished and I know a few shops that refuse to buy bikes with them on.

Much prefer the Japanese Tourmax brand.

Cheers. I've run pro-lites on this bike before (until a mishap with a disc lock) and had no real issues. They were certainly better than oem. Stealth are an unknown quantity for me and that testimonial doesn't inspire confidence, although in fairness I've also heard one or two good opinions. Not much info around concerning them though, seem to be a fairly small outfit.

I suspect I'll hang off until the "stealth" discs arrive and give them a look over, if the quality appears shoddy then back on ebay they go. I won't be making a loss, put it that way.

I had stealth discs on my zxr400, the first set arrived warped, the second were the same, the third set they sent me were ok but ate pads.

On the ZX9R I have just removed a set of EBC discs and fitted some ABE racing discs bought off ebay. The EBC discs were fine in the dry but utter wank in the wet, no matter what pads i used they just didnt work.

I was told that ABE had a good reputation? They're based just off greenwich aren't they sickpup?

I had pro lites on my ZXR250 since they were the only manufacturer that did them for my bike and i can't say that they were THAT bad.
