Any good? I was hoping to get them for £49.99 starting bid as last pair closed with no bids so seems likely.

They look decent enough to me

The reason I want them is mainly for work/short journey's. I know I shouldn't!! but I wear jeans to work etc etc. But really really admit I shouldn't so textiles seem the way forward! They are waterproof as well.

Do they look alright for £57.50 posted?

Excellent, do you think they are definetly better than jeans etc?

Never had textile trousers before, only leather but at the minute I can't even get my leathers zipped up (fucking christmas/any other excuse I can think of Laughing to eat lots of food)

Think I'll buy those then cheers for advice, the shop that sells them is only 30 mins away so can always change if wrong size etc.

Cheers.

Hi

I have some I use much of the time. Think Danny has some as well. I quite like them. The sizing is a touch on the small size compared to most bike gear. They can be a pain to get over trousers. They are waterproof and warm.

I think I paid £60 new for them from a local bike shop who had them on clearance.

All the best

Keith

I've got a pair of those trousers, I've had them for well over a year now. I bought them with the jacket for £120 at J&S.

I crashed at about 25mph on the A3 and slid along the road for a while. Only cosmetic damage to the trousers. Smile

I wear them all the time except on hot sunny days when I wear my leathers.

The only problem with them really is that there isn't a removable liner so you can't really use them when it gets hot.

I wear textiles every day for commuting to and from work they are great in the winter and very warm and practical for long journeys.

Cheers for replies.

Definetly going to buy these then, I'll let you know what I think of them.

By the way, is it easy enough to get them on over jeans? main reason I want the textiles is for work as leathers are too much hassle, would be nice just to chuck the textiles on over my jeans, much less hassle and a lot safer.

yamswheelyr1, do these come up on ebay a lot? I quite fancy a pair of them myself for the same reasons. Don't want to bid against you though, that's just not nice Wink

True Blue, they are a shop so have a regular supply I guess, this is the second set of mediums that has been on there in the past 2 days.

Don't bid on those ones if you could help it Laughing as I need them ASAP for work and these are just 1 day left.

There will be others, view the sellers other items they already have other stuff listed.

All the best
