You can resize your picture using the painting package of your choice - paint, paintshoppro, photoshop, whatever you like.

yeah i saw them, i put the pic in paint, made it smaller, saved it to the computer, then when i uploaded it again, it was still massive! Which option do i use to upload the avatar? i am not blond honest!
