i think its a cool idea, nice to have something like that to make pillions feel a bit safer. It'd b crap if it didnt fold down though

That's cool, assuming it folds down / unclips when not in use. The pillion seats on most sportsbikes are utterly shite (especially if you spray them with silicon polish Twisted Evil

) so anything that stops the pillion flying off the back without having to resort to a constant bearhug can't be bad.

This one on the Hayabusa shows a folding down seat, so I assume that the cbr is the same

There's a few out there of that style that fold down, so I'd presume that one also does.

Seems to be a good idea for new-pillions or those that take pillions for long distances. I'd be worried about pillions falling asleep on the back or something though on long journeys Neutral

My son has just started to come on the back with me, something like this would be great for him.

Personally i like my bike's and my girls for that matter to have a nice little cute behind, so i'd probably take it off, but Thumbs Up

on the practicality side of things, i'd have it on for a long two up journey.

i thought it was great idea for passengers! cobin do alot of different ones like that.

Who hasnt felt there passengers grip start to slide back Laughing

esp with the grab rails on sports bikes being behind kills your arms.
