Hi all, I have a 2008 ZX10R Ninja which I've owned now for about 8 weeks, its had its first service last week and I've already got a couple of mods lined up ready, will list below.

What I'd like to know is what exhausts are out there for this bike as its only just been released??

Mods that are going on are:

Tail tidy
Integrated rear light/indicators
7x5 plate
Tinted double bubble screen
PCIII
K&N filters
Smaller front indicators

The tail tidy, plate and screen are already on the bike, the rear light/indicators are on order. I already have the K&N and PCIII but don't want to fit them until I have got a decent exhaust system for it. Front indicators I'm having trouble finding anywhere that does them.

Have both of you considered universal flush mounted indicators?
shouldnt require much if any mods to fit.

My front indicators are mounted on the mirror stalks and I have been told you can get small round ones to fit there which are more discreet than the originals. I'm not going to be cutting into the fairing on a £9k bike, thanks all the same.

My original post was asking about EXHAUSTS and not indicators. I made another thread for the indicator problem.

I do like the look of that Racefit Growler and goes so well on the black 10R's which mine is, almost brought it in orange but decided black was better. Will look into those a bit more.

Thats not too bad a price, was looking at spending around a £1k for a full system, but by reading that site I would be able to keep stock headers. Have also found a full Akrapovic system but can't find any prices for it.

Akrapovic system here

Your original post does mention your having difficulty finding flush mounted indicators, i apologise for making a suggesting. Fail to see why u would require more then one thread for both subjects unless your trying to show off the fact that you've bought a 2008 zx10r, hence your name.

I also meant modifications to the electrical system to fit the indicators, thanks all the same.

Only suggestion i have is Akrapovic, they should have a system available for about 1300 quid.

Don't get an Akra, they reek of unoriginality, I don't even like them any more, I just think oh looks it's another black carbon can.
