I have a cat that sleeps on my bike seat and another that will curl up in almost anything.

I love the pictures of your cats KK, especially the one of tripod, at first I thought, "what's it sat in"? when I realised it made me laugh, how old was the cat/kitten then??
My two (both 14 now) are quite boring in the respect that they don't sleep in my tank bag (coz it's never left open really) but Sniffy sleeps in some bizzarre places, and they both have to investigate EVERY cardboard box that enters the property Laughing

in fact in this pic of them both (Scratch on the left, Sniff on the right)
their bed was a cardboard box

Yes poor Tripod only has 3 legs, but that doesn't stop him getting up to mischief. He was only about 5 months old in that picture.

Has anyone noticed that cats will always sit on a piece of paper if it is left on the floor, or is it only my cats that do it?

That's a cat characteristic. Ours used to sit right in the middle of a newspaper or magazine if you left one on the floor, and god help you if you were playing monopoly - your hotels would be all over the shop.

LIkewise. Mine will sit on anything like papers, magazines etc, especially if you are using them at the time. She also loves Cardboard boxes. We now have two sizeable boxes on the landing after they got put there whilst work was in progress and she took a shine to them within minutes. Rolling Eyes

ah well.. she is 19, so I guess we can expect a bit of odd behaviour..

One of my cats is a lazy lump. She lies about on her back staring at the roof while two german shepherds groom her. Took this one on my phone.

Every morning I find paw prints all over my bike seat from the cats. They seem to like sleeping/chilling there for some reason. Maybe my smell or something?

Cute cat pics. Neil... your cat looks a little upset that you are about to displace him/her from your bike seat.
Here's my little bugger as just a kitten. I hope these show as they are linked from myspace.
