 |
|
Went out looking for leathers today and out of 3 shops only found 1 jacket to fit and no trousers... now I ain't saying I'm a slim bloke but I'm not a darts player either...
Anyone of a 'larger persuation' had the same problem, what did you do ? did you manage to find somewhere, if so where ?
To give you an idea I'm a 48-50" chest and 44" trousers..
PLEASE HELP, I don't want to have to eat carrots for 3 months it wouldn't be fair.... |

How much money do you have to spend? crowtree leathers will make one to fit, i.e. you go there, they measure you up and make you one that fits they aren't all that expensive either really (considering they are tailor made)..

Only place I could get leathers to fit, being a more 'curvy' lady. So their blokes stuff could be worth a look. |

I went to my local Hein Gerrick store. I suppose it depends on what you want to spend. I treated myself
I found a jacket that fitted really nicely (could do with a bit of space around the stomach, but I'm sorting that out myself!
I wanted trousers to match but they have stopped doing that particular line, so got another type that fit reallt well. But haven't worn them out on the bike yet as have worn my jeans (which is bad of me, I know!)
They fit (and I'm not a thin bloke either (40 inch waist etc) and are really comfortable. ____________________ Colin McRae MBE 1968 - 2007 RIP

most of the german manufacturers do stuff up to your size (wonder why?) should be about a size 60 euro size ____________________ "There are some things nobody needs in this world, and a bright-red, hunch-back, warp-speed 900cc cafe racer is one of them - but I want one anyway, and on some days I actually believe I need one.
