I’m the 2nd owner of the bike and have had this for a year now. In that time I’ve done 6500 miles, it’s been faultless and by far the best bike I’ve owned. This R6 is superb, I was genuinely surprised how good it was. I’ll be sorry to see it go.

The bike comes with a Micron can, Diamond black rearsets, R&G’s everywhere (sides, swingarm, forks, barends) including a tail-tidy, Renthal grips and a genuine Yamaha seat cowl. The original can and footpegs are included as well. It’s also fitted with a Cat1 Meta Alarm/Immobiliser and has been serviced regulary.

Currently on Michelin Pilot Power 2CT’s, excellent tyres, and they have only done about 1000 miles so plenty of life left in them. MOT isn’t due until 2009 and is Tax’d until March 09.

I did have a slow speed off which scuffed (only minor, hardly noticeable) the right mirror, R&G barend & bung (which I’ll replace) and the footpeg on the rearset. None of the damage is really noticeable, certainly doesn’t detract from the condition of the bike and nothing to detract from the price – most of it was to aftermarket parts anyway!I’m hoping I’ve priced this to sell quickly.

I’m looking to get another bike now for commuting, which the R6 isn’t suited for, so looking to sell ASAP. Doesn’t mean I’ll sell for peanuts or to someone in Nigeria and looking on other popular bike sites and adverts I’d say this was already going cheap compared to a similar bike.

There is Black Horse Finance outstanding on the bike, which will obviously be paid off. We can make arrangements if you’re uncomfortable with this, but obviously need the sale to pay that off.

Goes in for Part Ex on at the end of the month so a chance for someone to grab a bargain
