Going to doctors at 4 , but would like some opinions ....

Cant swallow (and if i can its very painful and i get a popping sound in my ears)

VERY dry mouth and throat

swollen glands (dunno what the scientific name is :S)

General lack of energy

Now , I know it sounds like a normal cold , but the swallowing thing ? never had that before

So yeah , Your diagnosis and prognosis please ! Will i be in good shape for V festival this weekend ????

ebola - No , Not been to Zaire or Sudan recently

Too much diseased cock - No , Im not gay .

Too little weed - Always , Have run out , but doubt that would give me a sore throat Smile

Sounds like a throat infection. If you get a mirror and take a look at the back of your throat is it all white and swollen?

It wont stop you going to V. But it might make you a bit groggy.

If you have a good immune system, it might even ease off before Saturday.

Word of warning though. If you do go and the GP doesn't give you anything. Dont ask the doctors there. I'm working on one of the medical posts (@ the Chelmsford site) and you'll only be told to goto the on-site Pharmacy (which we never know where it is) and get paracetamol. Wink

I'm from SE London. My St John Ambulance unit have close ties to Essex so we go over there every year for a bit of a jolly.

Not quite sure which post we'll be on yet. I'm hoping it's major trauma. That was great fun last year! Twisted Evil
