How do i improve perfomance and speed of my Chinese bike, i ride a Guoben madness50 50 cc bike, i got it for a starter as i do not want to go all out flat on a bike that i will end up dieing on anyway.
i am a sensible driver and i am not looknig to derestrict it and i aint reli looknig in any way to spend money if there is a way to manualy help the perfomance and speed maybe even the sound a little?
if you do kno how to de-restrict them that would be ok not thta i am lookngi for that but if its the only way to get some extra speed it will help thank you

You want to make it go faster, but you don't want to de-restrict it? Laughing

If you want to go faster, sell it and buy something better. Thumbs Up

Patience. Smile
People arent that fast.

Apart from de-restricting the cost of getting anything else out of it will not be worth it.

Bear in mind if you are 16, you will be riding without insurance, and if the police want to throw the book at you, they can pretty much screw you over if they want

TBH, wait till you are 17, then either upgrade to a 125, or do your A2 and get a 33bhp bike.
31mph is faster than a pushbike and walking. Live with it for a year. Dont become a statistic. It makes the bike rider stats look worse, plus it really sucks for you. Smile

What's the rush in posting, take a couple of seconds longer and press the keys in the right order. Wink

Whatever the screw you undid was, do it back up to how it was.

Taking the baffles out the exhaust will make it run lean unless it has the jetting adjusted. It isn't a good idea unless you change the jetting cos it'll cause the engine to go bang eventually.

Is it a 2 stroke or a 4 stoke engine?

have fun trying to de restrict that, tbh your jsut better off leaving it standard, coping with it and then getting a bigger bike when you turn 17.

4 stroke 50... i can see why you want to make it faster!
I'm afraid nothing you do to it will make it anything more than a few mph faster. Its probably not restricted.

Without spending lots and lots of money on it, you're not going to get more speed from it. Probably not what you were wanting to hear, but it's the truth. Sad

Doing stuff like adjusting random screws on the engine to try and improve it or removing baffles from the exhaust will make the bike worse rather than improve anything.

It's still better than the bus. Wink

Not sure why you're trying to convince us you're safe and responsible enough to have a faster bike, were not the DSA Confused

orite ching chong tuning is a bit harder because to make a fast bike out of taht nearley all engine componenets need to be switched for ones that arenet made out of toffee , the electrics are shit so theyll need replacing, list of reasons why i would never go near one is endless but if you still want to tune it look for info on dedicated chinese bike forums

youll need to find out what engine its got in it, and then you will be able to parts like bore kits, uprated camshafts , performance variators, performance exhausts, clutches highere gearing , shiz like that

www.scooter-center.com sell performance parts for some chinese bikes

For the cost it's really not worth it.

It would be cheaper to sell the Chinese thing and buy something with a 2 stroke engine that's from a known manufacturer, it'd be faster without having to spend money on replacing all the engine components and electrics on the bike.

Spend money on the Chinese thing and you'll be annoyed later, cos that money could be put towards a better bike when you're 17 and won't want to be on a 50cc any more.

If you wanna go faster on a 50cc bike, you could either spend loads making a Chinese thing faster, or sell the Chinese thing and get something that's faster to start with.

Both have the same end result, only one method costs a lot less than the other. Sure if you're after some obscure project then trying to make a 4 stroke 50cc Chinese thing go fast could be interesting, but for anyone who's just wanting to go faster they want the solution that involves the least hassle and the least cost don't they?

To be honest it love a little 2 stroke 50cc to tune the nuts off of, just for the sake of it Laughing no big bores just all performance mods.

One day when funds allow it will be done Thumbs Up
