Downloaded a film.

I've downloaded a film and i don't know whats happand. The download complete so i clicked on it to watch and all I'm getting is sound. Anybody know how i can gt the picture?

I wouldnt class someone who 'steals' films in the same category as someone who does street or house robbery, and I dont think anyone else would either. Nice try to make that association though.

Exactly, because by downloading a movie you're not depriving somebody of a posession. It's just an attempt to create a social hatred of such 'crime' but the fact is, the majority of people happily do it so it will never work.

doesnt mean i would steal a bag or anything else.

Its all classed as sharing, and sharing isnt illegal now is it?

If i sold the downloads then that would be illegal.

Only thing is, those trailers that say "you wouldn't steal a handbag/car/child" are only on dvds that you buy legit.

i get really fed up spending money on a nice dvd to be told download is wrong, yet i paid for that film.

but if i download it for free, then i dont get told off but i don't get a nice box to keep it in

Yes hes right any copywrite, so technically saving pictures like photographs on someones website your technically stealing and they could try do you for copywrite im told.

With music and films its illegal due to your not paying the fatcats and artist/actors any money for their films, i heard something on the radio the other day it couldnt be true it rekons some artists relativly big ones only get around 8000 pounds a year from their music which is fuck all.
