Not meaning to piss on your party but they certainly weren't that limited, It's basically a stock R1 with fancy plastics.
The R1-SP was the real limited one, Only 500 made and covered in extras (Marchesini's, Ohlins front and rear, Slipper clutch etc) My work sold the 500th one, Think it was around £14/15k brand new.
Seems to me like you paid way over the odds

luxury goods are really expensive in Turkey, high percentage of what ive paid goes to the government so £10k for a brand new R1 is not a bad price at all over there..
(quick example; a brand new BMW M6 will cost u £120k whereas u can buy the same car here for £70k)
this bike was priced at around £14k in 2007, to my luck i got it for £10k back in April this year..
so isnt mine a R1-SP??  not being sarcastic, this is the first bike that ive owned and to be honest i wouldnt know as much as you lot..
EDIT.. checked the BMW site, M6 coupe costs €216,000 and the M6 cabrio costs €229,000
