What type and what product is best

I have a CBR 400 but i dont know which oil is best for it Shocked

My 125 used 4 stroke and i put 10-40w semi synthetic (i think), would a cbr use the same?

I got the haynes, but it doesnt say exactly what type, so was a bit confused
