This is surprising - I had (naively) assumed that once the bullet-ridden bloodbath never happened at this year's Bulldog Bash, that the fuckwit coppers trying to ban every bike event nationwide would all skulk off with their tails between their legs.

Don't they have to provide some evidence of their 'concerns'?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

Apart from a traffic report on Radio 2, where they mentioned a few road closures, there was no news coverage of the 'incident free, Hells Angels Motorbike Rally'.

If it all goes fine, with no probs, it's not worth reporting on.

How they can NWP say that they had to cancel it 'to prevent crime and disorder'?

So what the police are saying is, that 'Biker gangs' need to go to a bike show to sort out their rivalry.
They won't ever do that in other places then. Rolling Eyes

This whole thing stinks of, at the most a conspiracy by petty minded police chiefs, or at the very least, a pathetic over-the-top over reaction by police chiefs with no understanding of bike shows.

If anyone thinks this is about crime and disorder, you need to think again.

How about this.....North Wales Police are threatening to STOP helping with town carnivals because a kid was hurt due to the police NOT doing their job properly. I'm talking about little girls dressed up in pretty dresses, not bratty kids running riot.

This is not about hairy arsed bikers and crime and disorder, nor is it about pretty girls getting hurt. Anyone guess what its about?
