correct tyre pressure

hi guys,

does anybody know the corrrect pressures for my front and rear tyres on my ninja?

bearing in mind i have a 180 rear, not a 170...so its probably the same as the ninja J1


also

clutches....how long should they last? i ask because my bikes just been serviced and my clutch was fine?? now its done nearly 15 thousand miles, its been drag racing twice...one track day, and more wheelies than i can count.......is this normal?? because the mechanic reckoned there is loads of life in the clutch yet.
