Overpayment refund
Dear Mr Bailie
Your membership number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Did you know - 7 out of 10 loan agreements are defective, containing illegal hidden clauses and secret commissions charged to you illegally and made to third parties.
Three steps to be free of your loan
STEP 1. Call 0800 037 1066 to book a compliance check or get more information or order a check online at https://www.moneylawyer.co.uk/pages/creditcrunch
STEP 2. We will send you free of charge and without obligation the result of your compliance check. We have checked hundreds of agreements and found 70% to be invalid.
STEP 3. We will assess your case and if you are eligible we will appoint solicitors to arrange cancellation of your loan with your lender. The vehicle is yours and the loan is written off with no further payments necessary. Our unique check and cancellation system guarantees you will be free of your loan repayments within 6 months if the loan is not in order. If it is a car loan then the car is yours. You keep the car or sell it with nothing more to pay.
New research from the BBC* and internet legal advice site lawanswers.co.uk has revealed that 7 out of 10 car loans may be defective in law offering the potential for hundreds of pounds in savings for holders of the agreements.
Auto Trader has teamed up with Law Answers to provide a no-obligation car-loan agreement compliance-check free to the first 10,000 applicants.

LOL I saw that caught up in the spam filter at work today. I gave it a thought as I've heard of people talking about it before... Not too sure how good it is.
IF you had a case, I'd suspect their 'lawyers' would soon land you with a hefty fee which would probably need you to take out a new loan to pay! ____________________ Like a Yorkie - I'm not for the girls |

Not quite a scam.
If you signed up for the payment protection policy that many try to get you to sign when taking out a loan, this is waht you can claim the money back from...
As mentioned, some of them have been deamed as less than worthless.
If you have signed up for one then do a google on them, or check out the money saving sites.
This is something you can do yourself, just like the bank charges thing.
Don't get ripped off by these so called experts. Odds on they will require a upfront payment, after which you find out you are getting nothing back.....
Quite a few people who have been caught out this way over bank charges..... Muppets.... ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |
