hi there just wondering if anyone knows of any recommended rim suppliers that do most sizes ( im looking for 3.00 x 21 front and 3.50 by 18 rear ).

Phone them up.

I would be utterly amazed if central wheel didn't have the sizes you mentioned in a variety of materials, qualities and depths with whatever number and angle of spoke holes takes your fancy.

Have you tried Hagon? I have only ever bought shocks and fork springs from them, but they have done me good.
They sell wheel rims too.
