xbox360 profiles question

I recently bought an xbox 360 - my first modern console in 10 years, things have changed.

When I got it I made a profile called Rob.

Then today I signed up for xbox live. This made another profile.

Now I want my saved games and shizzle to be under my xbox live profile, then I can get rid of the other one. How can I transfer them from one profile to another?

also in a few months theres going to be a dash update to make it look and feel like the WII one with little bods and all

Seems its horrendously complicated, and you need to have lots of gamer points to be able to do it.

Think I'll just be opening a new xbox live account on a different msn passport.

So, it seems Microsoft has poached a bunch of people from Nintendo: avatars, communities, games channels, parties. Well, we'll see if it works for them...
