you can buy velcro pads which you attach to the textile glue it or sew it maybe, then velcro on the knee slider the same as normal leathers - i'll see if i can find you a link somewhere.

Is that a good idea? Textiles tend not to be the snuggest of fits, I could see the slider moving around or worse. Confused

try spada trackslide pants, half leather, half textile with sliders. great fit too
