I have definitely farkled my bike with a screen, engine guard, GPS, big sturdy aftermarket mounting system for said GPS, top-box, brake light for top-box and a seat/cushion thing for the back of the top-box so pillion passengers have something comfy to lean on. Oh and handlebar muffs but I'm not sure if I'll be using them much. Thumbs Up

alarm with remote start (hardly ever use it though - but still cool!)
bullet cam holder - and got the camera to run directly from the bike battery, still removable though Cool

The only farlkes on my Blackbird are the TomTom Rider and the Autocom. To be honest it dosen't really need anything else - maybe just a double bubble screen Confused

I have also seen it described as 'functional sparkle'.

My recent playing with the bike led to an 'adventure' style fairing, brand-name panniers, two GPS mounts, two camera mounts and a few other bits and pieces.
Not sure whether the DIY stuff would be considered 'farkles' or not.

Added a Tomtom Rider, heated grips, a 12V accessory socket and an MRA adjustable screen.

The ST1100 is famous for the number of Farkles you can get up to. Favourite seems to be adding another fusebox to make adding other farkles easier.

Simplest one I know for the ST1100 is adding an adjustable clutch lever, just get one from a VFR or Blackbird and replace Very Happy

See here, here and here to see what I mean.

Thumbs Up

I'm considering some kind of leisure battery for my bike; quite nicely, despite the 'enduro' designation, my bike already has two fused 10A aux power points, one permanently on and the other just with ignition.

Wiring in your own fused power socket is very simple... have a search on here, it's been covered a few times.

I would list my farkle but I'd run out of space.
Lets just say my GS is fully loaded. If you want to know what its got I'd suggest ordering the BMW and Touratech accessories catalogs.
