It's speedway...but on a sports bike!
I agree though, definitly looks like he's going for a slide or a fly.
Have a look on google to get a guide on how to ride speedway, it's the same kind of thing.

judging from that pic id say he was just about to come out the apex there but its really hard to see cause the cameras to close, nice however, may have to try this when i get a big bike though i doubt il be able to get it to slide that far out

Power sliding, but on a bike, you see it done all the time, remember at that sort of speed, the gyroscopic affect of the wheels makes balancing much easier, and the impossible becomes a piece of cake. wouldn't try it on a cbr125 though Karma .

Doesn't look like he binned it?? He's at somewhere close to near lean and I bet the yokes are touching the lock stops. Yes, there is a lot of rear wheel spinning and sliding in racing but not to that extreme.
