I feel sorry for them like I feel sorry for people living on the Somerset Levels or people who live next to a racetrack.

If you move to a place where hurricanes are likely expect to see a hurricane every now and again.

There's a difference with a racetrack or something.

Most people who live near a track could afford to live somewhere else and probably weren't born there.

There's alot of Poverty in New Orleans and not everyone has the choice of where they live by a long shot.
