There's a new phone out but it's only on orange at the moment, unless I get it off the internet on o2 but there's no option of 12 month contracts there. So anyway, what do people think of orange as a whole, I wanted the phone on o2 but will have to wait until mid september. Thoughts on o2 aswell as I haven't been with them either, any bad experiences etc?

I've had both Orange and O2, and they are both very good. Orange's customer service is especially good in my experience.

However, O2 definately do the better deals particularly online. The 18 month contracts are a bit pants but I put up with it for the bazillion free texts I get a month.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Also been with both and had dealings with faulty phones over the years with both. Neither have ever given me any problems and have always been very helpful.

Found Oranges coverage marginally better any time I have been out in the middle of Wales/Scotland.

I was with orange for a few years and they where ok until i changed to a montly paid one and they slaped with with massive call charges. Thei internet was so dear then to. So i changed to o2 and its far cheaper! never will go back to orange.
